We ship via UPS within 1-2 business days of receiving the order from our warehouse in Ottawa. You will be sent a tracking # once it ships.

ARE THERE SHIPPING CHARGES?

Shipping is $8.95 across the USA, FREE SHIPPING if order is over $70. Bundle with other items to receive Free Shipping.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

CAN I RETURN THIS PRODUCT?

ARE MCINTOSH MUGS DISHWASHER & MICROWAVE SAFE?

Yes they are! 

*one exception, we recommend washing Klimt the Kiss mugs by hand.
