We ship via UPS within 1-2 business days of receiving the order from our warehouse in Ottawa. You will be sent a tracking number once it ships.

Are there shipping charges?

Shipping is $8.95 across the USA, FREE SHIPPING if order is over $80. Bundle with other items to receive Free Shipping.

How can I track my package?

After your order is shipped, we will email you a confirmation which includes the tracking number. You can click on the tracking number and it will update you on the tracking status.

Are McIntosh Mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?

Yes they are! 

*one exception, we recommend washing Klimt the Kiss mugs by hand.
