My father in law bought these for my mother in law Christmas of 2023. On thanksgiving of 2024, the hummingbird mug (my MIL’s) favorite, slipped out of her hands and shattered when it hit their countertop. She was very upset, so I surprised her by purchasing a new set. She was thrilled to get a new one (plus a few extras). My MIL loves these mugs. She said that they fit her hand perfectly without being too bulky. The handle is just the right size & thickness for her.

the mugs are lovely -- pictures are very accurate. They are light weight and easy to clean. Came in beautiful satin-lined gift box. McIntosh is a very professional company. Mugs arrived 2 days after purchase! My error in neglecting to include a coupon code was corrected by McIntosh immediately.
